- Technical Information Automatically Collected: When you browse our websites (www.siamentis.com and our managed project portals), we use cookies to look at aggregate traffic patterns, browser types, and device configurations to ensure our platforms remain stable and secure.
- Sensitive Information (On-Site Logistics Only): For rare physical events and camps, we may temporarily collect National Identification numbers strictly to issue mandatory accident insurance and manage travel logistics.
🔒 Protecting Minors: Because we work closely with students, we do not knowingly collect or process data from individuals under 20 years old without explicit confirmation during registration that parental or guardian consent has been obtained.
2. How Do We Use Your Data?

4. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
- Learning Account Data: We retain your general profile and progress data for the duration of your active course enrollment, school partnership cycle, or corporate program reporting requirements. Once no longer needed, it is permanently deleted or safely anonymized.
- Sensitive Data (National IDs): Any sensitive ID numbers collected for physical event insurance are permanently destroyed within 30 days after the conclusion of the specific event.
5. Your Rights: You Control Your Data
Under the PDPA, your personal data belongs entirely to you. You have the right to request a copy of your data, correct any errors, object to processing, or request the complete deletion of your records at any time.
Please note that deleting your account data may result in the loss of access to your active courses or program participations.
